While the color red increases you and your child’s appetite, the color blue has the opposite affect on the brain.

The color blue also brings a sensation of calmness into oneself. This is done because your brain gives off eleven neurotransmitters that will relax your body and brain. The color blue can change your mood by lowering your body temperature and decrease hunger.

Now, the color yellow is a fun one. I myself love the color yellow. When your child sees this color, it increases the child’s creativity. It’s also an engaging color that will encourage learning.
